Have you ever wanted to curl up with your Gweri Socks on and a glass of something and chill? Well, that something has a name and it is Gwine! The Gweri Vintage team have been at it and this time, they have added something delicious that will have your palates dancing! During the weekend at the sixth edition of the Kasi Vibe Festival, the team revealed their Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon blend.
Gwine is a fully Namibian wine collection and a product of Gweri Vintage Collection, a premium and exclusive Namibian brand in partnership with Erongo Mountain Winery.
According to creative director of the brand Zulu, Gwine is short for Gweri Wine and is pronounced as /gwʌɪn/.
“The collection of elegant Gwine wines from Gweri Vintage Collection represents and celebrates Namibian’s beautiful landscapes, cultures, and people. Gwine’s Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon is a medium-bodied wine rich in sweet fruit flavors combined dark berry flavours and is a perfect wine for countless occasions,” he said.
The team also announced that they are yet to launch the product officially on their social media pages. It seems like some tweeps have already purchased bottles for themselves and they couldn’t contain the excitement for yet another Namibian product to be in the market!
