Jeiyo on why he is thrilled to perform at the Windhoek Charity Cup

“It gives me peace to know that I’ve made a positive impact in someone’s life. Oh what a feeling,” Jeiyo.

GMP artist Jeiyo is one of the artists on the fantastic lineup for the Windhoek Charity Cup this weekend. The Life album maker says he is looking forward to performing at the charity event because of the impact it has on society. The Ma Go Lower vocalist says this is not the first time giving back as his label does charity work to which he is a team player.

“I have seen what impact this movement has done in the communities over the years and I always wanted to join in but didn’t know how. It is a blessing to be given this opportunity to make a difference in the community,” he said.

The Windhoek Charity Cup is an annual fun day which has social and corporate teams partaking in different sports codes. In its third course, the Windhoek Charity Cup has managed to raise over N$ 400 000 in the previous years and the organizers look forward to raising more funds this coming weekend. The aim is to raise needs for children’s homes in Windhoek with the primary beneficiary being Tilovayeni Care Foundation.

The Windhoek Charity Cup will take place at the Unam sports field and will start from 09H00.
