“Many record labels have opened and closed in Namibia. Some tried, and some did better than others, but we can guarantee that none of them were or will be what RTE is going to be for the Namibian music industry. A force to be reckoned with,” read the statement from the groups publicist Julia Kadhikwa.

Having signed Slaughterhouze, Charmy Kurz, Tumi Mohammed and Stanzo, the label is seeking for new talent to shine its light on through an online challenge that will take place every other month.

“These artist will not be the final artist to join our label, as we are always looking for new talent in and around Namibia, but we believe that these are the best artist to help us build the bridges we need to get our industry to the next level,” read the statement.

The record label with its own studio and management team is committed to produce quality work and make the same quality available to the rest of the industry.
